Ehh, yeah you're technically correct about the part where you will have a harder time to get fat off chicken breast and broccoli, but that's because chicken nuggets have more calories without you feeling it.
Do I really have to explain to people how you gain weight? *you eat too much food*. If you eat 3000 calories worth of broccoli a day and burn only 1500, you'll still get fat.

I was 224 and weak. I said fuck it and now I only consume about 30g of carbs per day and my caloric intake is at about 800 to 900. I work out twice a day and basically live off of protein shakes, vegetables, and chicken. After suffering through it I've dropped 14lbs of fat in 9 days and gained about 4 lbs of muscle.
